Every watch is fully insured and requires a signature on delivery. Custom orders ship when they're ready — never before. And we stand behind every build for two years.
Production time: 3–5 weeks from order confirmation. Orders with complex engravings or special components may take an additional week. We'll notify you if this applies to your build.
Production begins only after we've reviewed your configuration and confirmed it with you. If we spot a compatibility issue, we'll reach out within 24 hours of your order.
Dispatch notification: You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your package leaves our workshop.
Standard — FedEx / UPS, 3–5 business days, complimentary.
Express — FedEx Priority, 1–2 business days, $35.
All domestic shipments are fully insured at the watch's retail value and require a signature on delivery. Adult signature may be required for orders over $500.
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and most of Europe. If your country is not listed at checkout, email us — we may still be able to help.
Customs & duties: International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by their country. These are not included in the shipping cost and cannot be predicted in advance.
Custom orders are non-returnable for change of mind. Each Mastier is built specifically for you — a returned bespoke watch cannot be resold. We ask that you review your configuration carefully before confirming your order.
Defects and errors on our part: If your watch arrives with a manufacturing defect or a component error (wrong dial, wrong case, misaligned hands), contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will repair, replace, or refund — at our discretion and at no cost to you.
Damaged in transit: If the package arrives visibly damaged, photograph both the outer packaging and the watch before opening fully. Contact us within 48 hours. Every shipment is insured at full value — we'll manage the claim and resolve it for you.
Every Mastier comes with a two-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering:
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
Normal wear and aging — scratches to the case, crystal, or bracelet; fading of lume; worn straps. These are expected and do not indicate a defect.
Accidental damage — drops, impacts, dents, or crystal damage from impact.
Water damage from exceeding the case's rated depth or operating the crown while submerged.
Unauthorized service or modification — any watch opened or serviced by someone other than Mastier or an authorized watchmaker voids the warranty on that component.
Theft or loss — we are not responsible for watches lost after delivery.
We service every watch we've ever built, at any age. Movement service, crystal replacement, pressure testing, case polishing, strap replacement — email us and we'll quote a flat rate.
A mechanical watch is designed to last a lifetime with proper care. We'd rather keep yours running than see it stop.
Movement service interval: We recommend a full movement service (clean, oil, regulate) every 5–7 years for a watch worn daily. We can perform this at our workshop.
Step 1: Email us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos are helpful.
Step 2: We'll review and respond within 2 business days. If the issue is covered, we'll send a prepaid return shipping label.
Step 3: Once we receive the watch, we'll assess, repair or replace, and return it to you — typically within 2–3 weeks.
There is no cost to you for warranty repairs, including return shipping.
Email us anytime. We respond within 24 hours.
